All subscription fees paid to **ZaapIn Technologies Private Limited** are non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or as required by applicable law. Users may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refund requests must be submitted within **seven (7) days** of the transaction at [billing@zaapin.com](mailto:billing@zaapin.com). Approved refunds will be processed promptly.

Sandbox or trial accounts are not eligible for refunds.
