All subscription fees paid to ZaapIn Technologies Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or as required by applicable law. Users may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the transaction at billing@zaapin.com. Approved refunds will be processed promptly.
Sandbox or trial accounts are not eligible for refunds.
